Delivery Details

Standard shipping 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Carrier tracking emailed at dispatch.
Free shipping Orders $39.99 or more qualify for free shipping — automatically applied. No code required.
Paid shipping Single-pair orders ship for a flat rate. Exact rate shown at checkout before payment.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping regions Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping coming soon.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 2 business days.

Return Policy

Return window 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition required Items must be unworn and in original packaging. We cannot accept worn or washed socks for hygiene reasons.
Free returns Return shipping is free on unworn items. A prepaid label will be emailed after your return request is approved.
Refund timeline Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Original payment method only.
Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the style you want.

We Made a Mistake

Wrong item sent Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll ship the correct item at no cost.
Defective item Manufacturing defects are covered. Send a photo and description — we'll replace or refund, your choice.
Lost package If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
